SYNERGY – Youth-Led Urban Sustainability Initiative is a European youth project co-funded by the European Union bringing together young people and youth workers from Greece, Turkey, Latvia, North Macedonia, Bulgaria and Romania. The project takes place in Thessaloniki, Greece and focuses on empowering young people to actively contribute to sustainable, inclusive and resilient communities.

Through non-formal education methods such as interactive workshops, group discussions, simulations and experiential learning, SYNERGY promotes collaboration, intercultural dialogue, leadership and active citizenship. Participants explore key themes including teamwork, innovation, cultural diversity and sustainable urban development, while building meaningful connections across borders.

The project creates a dynamic learning environment where young people are encouraged to share ideas, develop new skills and become motivated change-makers in their local communities and beyond.
